Our client is a global leader in their field and are currently looking for a motivated and well organised receptionist/administrator for an initial six month contract with a real opportunity for a further extension or even a permanent position offering excellent career path.

We are looking for a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join a high performance team in a leading international company in the insurance market.

Your New Job Will Include :

  • Switchboard Operation
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail (including use of Tracking Systems, Document Management etc).
  • Filing and Archiving Systems.
  • Stationery management and deliveries. Dealing with couriers
  • Administrative support –reports, presentations, email etc.

You Will Need :

  • At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Multi-line switchboard / telephonist experience
  • Excellent computer and keyboard skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to participate in training
  • Ability to work well on own initiative or in a team
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Leaving Certificate
