Our client is a very successful management company company based in North County Dublin.

We are looking for a very experienced PA / Executive Assistant for the CEO to work on a part time basis. Hours can be reasonably flexible for the right individual, a total of 2.5 to 3 days per week.

Requirements/Job Description

  • 10+ years experience as Personal Assistant at CEO / MD level.
  • Excellent Word Processing and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good Bookkeeping skills with a fundamental understanding of accounts. Sage experience ideal.
  • Ability to take accurate minutes at senior level board meetings and prepare same for circulation.
  • Must be able to handle information in the strictest of confidence with an intuitive understanding of sensitive situations.
  • Must have experience organising travel itineraries and diary planning.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FLUENT ENGLISH, FULL WORK AUTHORISATION AND RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AS ABOVE.

Required experience:

  • Bookkeeping: 3 years
  • Personal Assistant: 8 years+
