Demi Chef de Partie, 5 Star, Donegal
This prestigious, international five star in Donegal is currently looking for a qualified demi chef de partie. Main duites would include the following
Take full responsibility for various sections in the kitchen
Maintain controls and standards of products.
Produce products to the standard required.
Take and active interest in monitoring costs, ordering and stock rotation.
Train and motivate commis chefs.
Maintain hygiene work practices and general kitchen hygiene.
Ensure standards of Service, Speed and Quality.
To comply with company regulations regarding….
Fire, Health & Safety, Hygiene, Customer Care & Security
To attend any meeting regarding training etc. as requested.
To arrive for work on time and changed into correct uniform
