Position: Senior Hotel Receptionist
Type: full-time and permanent

Our client, one of the finest 4* hotels in the Dublin area, is seeking a Senior Hotel Receptionist for an immediate start.

The job:
As a Senior Hotel Receptionist your wealth of hotel reception experience ensures the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel reception at all times. Your duties will include:

• Welcome guests of the hotel and provide them with assistance during their stay to ensure optimal guest satisfaction
• Ensure all incoming phone calls are answered in a timely and polite manner and forwarded to the right department where necessary
• Make rosters to ensure optimal staffing at the reception at all times
• Train more junior Receptionists in company policies and procedures
• Increase revenue where possible

The requirements:

• Previous experience in a Senior Receptionist or Front Office role in a 4 or 5 star hotel is essential: applicants without this experience will not be considered
• Experience with Opera
• Available and willing to work in shifts
