We are looking for a committed a German Support Consultant with native level German to join a dedicated team working for a large company in Galway. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations via phone and email with the intention of progressing into a more technical role in the future. The role requires a real commitment to customer service and an ability work efficiently in a busy environment.
Requirements
- Native level German and fluent English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer Service or Telesales experience
- Commitment to customer service
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
