Position: Customer Support Agent with German Type: full-time and permanent Location: Galway Salary: €21,000 - €27,000, depending on experience

The job:
- Act as first point of contact for clients who have technical issues with their software systems
- Assist your clients in a non-technical manner using a support portal, and escalate to the technical team when the problem cannot be resolved
- Recognise business opportunities from the contact with your clients and pass on to the appropriate department
The requirements:
- Spoken and written fluency in German
- A minimum of 1 year recent experience from a b2b customer service role
- Highly confident in the use of computer systems and comfortable working in an IT environment
- Excellent communication skills
