Job description
Voice Product Manager
Location: : Dublin - Central Dublin
Rate: € 45 to € 55 K (permanent) + 23 days hols, increasing to 25 after 3 years, , VHI after 1 year and pension from start date.

Overall Objectives of the Job:
· To work cross functionally with local business divisions, corporate departments and other key stakeholders in developing voice service and driving initiatives from inception through to launch.

· Responsible for the performance of the existing voice products within the portfolio

Key Results Areas (e.g. deadlines or targets, measures of customer satisfaction)


- Deliver budgeted subscriber numbers and associated revenue/monthly analysis of budgeted versus actual

- Initiate and prioritize development projects

- Increase product penetration in each area

- Deliver new product business case, service definitions and products/product launch and on budget

- Direct Cost Initiatives

- Reporting full analysis ensuring root causes for any anomalies resolved.

- Product reviews/ongoing product improvements

- Manage the production of internal SLA’s process and procedures for all residential voice products

- Product briefing sessions to all key training stakeholders

Qualifications / Education
Essential:

3rd level qualification in an engineering or telecoms or business related discipline and/or 3 years recent experience in a similar role.

Experience
Essential:

· 3 years product management experience in a mobile or fixed telecommunications

· Advanced computer literacy, advanced data modelling, spreadsheet and excel skills.

· Strong commercial acumen and product performance management skills

· Broadband product management experience preferably.

· Excellent knowledge of voice products.

· Strong understanding of Broadband & Voice market in Ireland.

· Experience of owning revenue and margin targets

· Track record of effectively delivering results within tight timelines and to a consistently high standard.

· Ability to influence effectively at all levels within the business

· Clear and concise management and communication skills

· A high level of organisational ability





Salary dependent on level of skills and experience of successful candidate.

 
Formal Qualifications required:
3rd level qualification in an engineering or telecoms or business related discipline and/or 3 years recent experience in a similar role.
