PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Order Management Department function supports the business processes for the administration of SAP License and Maintenance Software contracts and invoices.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
The successful candidate will be fluent in English & German and can demonstrate that they have a successful track record working in a similar position on a German Market.
This position requires candidates to demonstrate that they can learn quickly and use their own initiative. The candidate should ideally have experience in managing a heavy workload and be used to working under pressure in a team environment.
This position requires an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and strong customer-orientated focus.
• Processing software license orders, through to invoicing, complying with the company’s Revenue Recognition Policy
• Liaising directly with the Sales force in cases where there are issues relating to sales orders
• Answering Internal/External Customer query tickets within agreed Service Level Agreements
• Ensure customers receive correct software and access keys
• Use initiative to improve processes and drive efficiency in the team
• Support across teams when workload is high to ensure deadlines are met

• IT skills: Advanced level of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with SAP would be beneficial.
