The Customer Interaction Center is a Global organisation supporting customers across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the United States and Canada. As an undergraduate you will have the opportunity to liaise with SAP customers and our technical support and escalation teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
We currently have opportunities for 2 student Internships in our Customer Interaction Center based in Ireland.
Each internship will last for 6 months. Start dates are flexible to accommodate the various academic calendars.
Tasks:
- Manage customer expectations in accordance with established SAP processes and procedures.
- Evaluate (from a commercial perspective) how the customer's technical issue affects daily business processes.
- Engage the appropriate stakeholders to ensure that critical customer cases are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
- Assist the customer with queries relating to system access and downloading software.
Requirements:
- Currently studying for a 3rd Level qualification in a Business or IT related discipline.
- Fluency in German and English essential.
- Collaborative approach to work with others to achieve group goals.
- Willingness to take personal responsibility to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction.
- Ability to build relationships and develop rapport internally and with external clients.
- Commitment to continuous updating of knowledge of current systems and technology by reviewing materials and consulting internal or external experts.
- Flexibility with working hours.
