Job description |
Our client, a 4* hotel in Dublin North, currently requires a Restaurant Manager to lead the Restaurant Team.
The suitable candidate will be managing and training all restaurant staff and ensure a smooth running of both the restaurant and carvery area, whilst ensuring high levels of customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years recent experience as Restaurant Manager with a 4 or 5* hotel
- The ability to lead, motivate and train staff
- A strong commitment to quality and service
- Experience with staff rostering
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment
