Position: Contract Administrator (German speaking)

The job:
Your team verifies whether customers work conform their software contract with our client. You will be responsible for dealing with customers based in the German speaking markets and your duties will include:

• Assist customers with executing software contract audits in their computer systems and ensure the submission of their audit results
• Evaluate audit results and escalate your findings to the responsible department to ensure contracts are updated with any necessary changes 
• Answer customers’ contractual and technical questions by phone and liaise with internal departments such as sales, contract and technical teams in relation to your customers’ queries

The requirements:

• Fluent German
• 1-2 years experience in a customer service or administrative position
• Knowledge of MS Office
