Position: Cloud Support Consultant
Type: full-time and permanent

Our client, a strong player in the software industry, is looking for a Consultant to join the Cloud Support team and provide pro-active and ongoing advice to clients and channel partners on bespoke SaaS solutions.

The job:
Creating a trusting relationship with clients and channel partners, your duties will include:

• Provide expert advice to clients and channel partners on the best software solutions for their specific business needs using a productised service portfolio
• Analyse and interpret client requirements and translate these into relevant software add-ons
• Manage the testing and implementation of software add-ons
• Train channel partners and assist them in any design and architecture queries they may have
• Aim to become an expert in the SaaS solutions on offer with your company as well as keeping up to date with ongoing developments in the cloud service area

The requirements:

• 3rd level degree in an IT related discipline with work experience in a 2nd/3rd level technical support role or in software development
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, Java, ABAP or similar essential; experience with ERP applications is an advantage
• Fluency in English, fluency in an additional language would be a distinct advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills essential, as well as the ability to impart knowledge
