Position: Order Management Specialist (with German language)
Type: contract/permanent
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: depending on experience in the range of €25,000 - €28,000


Due to expansion, our client, a leader within the semiconductor industry, is seeking an Administrator with a strong background in supply chain.


The job:
Acting as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients, complying with SOX regulations and working towards strict KPI’s, your duties will include:

  • Responsible for the full order management process including order receipt, processing and scheduling; liaising with warehouses, manufacturing and transport carriers; RMA and general after care
  • Continuously keep your clients informed of their order status, including up to date information on delivery delays, order changes and other discrepancies
  • Inventory and demand forecasting: weigh inventory pipelines against customer demand and liaise closely with sales, manufacturing and warehouses aiming to resolve shortages in production planning


The requirements:

  • 3rd level degree, preferably in a related discipline
  • 2+ years experience in a similar supply chain/order management position
  • Fluent English and German
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office; experience with SAP would be preferred
  • Some occasional international travel may be required
