Job title: CNC Toolmaker (Wire Erosion)

Location: Carlow

Our client is an expanding engineering fabrication company providing services to the aerospace and medical devices industries. They are now interested in hiring an experienced Multi-axis CNC Toolmaker to join their engineering team.

Candidate Profile: The successful candidate should have the following:

Have served a recognised Apprenticeship in CNC, Toolmaking, metal fabrication or similar with minimum of 3 years’ post apprentice experience in the following

Experience in Precision Toolmaking

CNC milling experience is essential

CNC Turning, lathing

Strong Wire and Spark erosion experience is essential

Fine fitting, flash repair and polishing.

Problem solving capabilities

Quality inspection

Excellent career prospects

Salary: €30-35k plus 20% 2 cycle shift allowance plus benefits
