The Job.

  • Effectively manage team on a day to day basis.

  • Handle all escalated queries as effectively as possible.

Requirements.

  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customer service.
  • The highest communication skills.
  • Unquestionable core values in terms of customer service.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attentional to detail and self-motivation.
