The Job.
- Effectively manage team on a day to day basis.
- Instil world class standards by effective mentoring and training of team.
- Foster excellent communication between all stakeholders.
- Handle all escalated queries as effectively as possible.
Requirements.
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in customer service.
- The highest communication skills.
- Unquestionable core values in terms of customer service.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent attentional to detail and self-motivation.
