Our client is a Dublin based company developing rugged IoT monitoring and detection systems for the environmental engineering sector. They are now looking to expand their team and wish to recruit an experienced Field Customer Service Technician
Job Overview
This is an excellent opportunity in a fast moving and rapidly expanding Irish company. A challenging and varied position that will allow the right candidate to get in at the ‘ground level’ and directly affect the growth of the company as a whole. Open-mindedness, flexibility and adaptability would be key attributes in the role.
Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in customer/technical support in the electronics industry
- Minimum cert/diploma in an electronics discipline
- Excellent communications skills with fluent English
- Experience in dealing directly with customers over on-site issues, RMAs, repairs and returns
- Experience in handling electronics and electronic assemblies
- Good soldering skills and able to debug electronic assemblies to component level
- Experience in field installations an advantage
- Proactive attitude and a self-starter
- Full clean driving licence required

Salary: eu35k plus use of company vehicle when needed
