Location: North Dublin

Job Profile
Development of the global HR strategy to reach global company targets as well as development and implementation of significant initiatives regarding the overall global personal life circle.
Disciplinary and professional leadership responsibility regarding the global Human Resources Team.
Introduce self-dependent, sustainable and permanent development of global processes, structures and instruments as well as systems in regards to global HR
Full HR budget responsibility including HR controlling on a monthly basis
Ensure the correct implementation and monitoring of HR function KPIs.
This individual will be instrumental in improving and introducing correct local and global HR policies that will have a key impact on the organisations development going forward.
Will be the go to person and consultant for the management board in terms of all global HR topics
Work closely together with the local HR Managers as well as global HR departments such as training and recruitment
Education, Skills & Experience
Degree in H.R./Business Studies or similar.
Significant global HR Management experience with a minimum of 10 years working ideally within a medium sized international engineering services companies preferably in or affiliated to the oil & gas industry.
Excellent global team leading skills are essential.
Strong business acumen and proven track record as a senior manager in a complex global matrix organization.
Advanced communication skills will be required to drive best in class HR practices and processes at all levels within the organisation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as a service orientation and hands-on mentality
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically in MS Excel
Strong problem solving skills and a deep and thorough understanding of general global HR processes and standards
Willingness to travel globally (up to 50% at times)
