Our client is a Global leader in their field with offices throughout the world. They are currently recruiting for their HR department which is based in North Dublin. Working closely with the HR Manager your role will be varied and challenging with excellent opportunity to develop you international HR experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Develops and implements HR strategy, HR policies and organization development methods in cooperation with the Vice President HR and local HR managers on a global level
  • Advises local HR managers in terms of global HR Reporting
  • Creates monthly statistics for the management board
  • Creates and monitors HR budget planning
  • Responsible for personnel deployment
  • Advises and consults employees, especially on manager level in general HR relevant topics
  • Prepares and implements employment laws action

Your competencies / skills

  • Relevant Business of HR degree
  • Plus 5 years international and intercultural professional experience as HR Controller or HR Generalist, preferred in a technological environment in a mid-sized service company
  • Excellent knowledge of modern HR Reporting concepts and respective tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills, additional languages such as Spanish and German are of advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, confident behavior, intercultural competence as well as ability to work in a remote HR team
  • Target oriented, self-responsible and independent way of work as well as capacity and resistance to stress
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Occasional travel required
