Human Resources Controller

Reporting to: Chief People Officer

Location: North Dublin

At this point the company recognize the need to strengthen their structural and strategic policies going forward in line with their ambitious development plans. To facilitate this focus on improvement they are actively seeking to recruit several experienced individuals to take up key posts within their organisation. One of these key appointments is for a new Head of Industrial Engineering.

Candidate profile

  • R./Business studies degree with focus on staff operations or relevant experience plus training in controlling people/staff operations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in global people operations control
  • Excellent knowledge of staff operations controlling software, ideally similar to 4Plan HR (Software4You)
  • Excellent MS Excel and good MS Outlook knowledge
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Flexible, tough and good team player
  • Attentive to detail with excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Fluency in the English language and comfortable working in an international team environment

Job Profile

  • Responsibility for global People Operations Reporting in Software4You (4Plan HR) including forecasts, planning and analysis
  • Preparation of month, quarter and years end People Operations figures
  • Global optimisation of Software 4Plan in regard to vacancies and existing employees
  • Recognition of deviations in a timely manner and resulting specific recommendations and changes
  • Close cooperation with local HR Managers and the global Finance team
  • Further development and improvement of processes, standards and procedures regarding Software 4Plan

Salary scale: eu50k+ plus bonus (up to 20%), excellent benefits and flexible working hours
