Our Client is a software company that builds innovative solutions to allow eCommerce businesses of all sizes to fulfill their potential and is looking for an ambitious Operations Manager to join their expanding Customer Operations team. You should be passionate about providing customers with an excellent customer experience.

The successful candidate must have:

·An absolute commitment to customer service. We sell the world's best Help Desk Software and therefore our commitment to our customers must also be world class

·Detail oriented with excellent analytic and problem solving skills

·Robust project management skills and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and locations

·Excellent leadership skills


·Work closely with the CFO & CMO to direct operations across all of our products and services

·Ensure highest level of quality across teams and drive customer satisfaction

·Support sales in planning the strategies and activities to establish and maintain executive-level relationships with customers

·Develop a complete understanding of the company's products and services and assist in troubleshooting client issues

·Work closely with Sales on onboarding processes, and ensure that we win customers through effective documented process

·Perform other duties as assigned


·Minimum of 2 years in leadership role

·Strong analytic, methodology, and problem-solving skills

·Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·Highly-motivated, roll the sleeves up self-starter with ability to multi-task.
