Description

Our client is a renowned and prestigious 4 Star Hotel in Cavan. They are currently looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join their world class team. 

Position:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
  • Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
  • Assisting the sous chef and head chef developing new dishes and menus when required
  • Ensuring you and your team maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow all health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins

Personal Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic individual with a creative flair
  • Will preferably have two years experience in a four star operation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new ideas and concepts
  • Thrives on taking responsibility and working in an empowered environment
  • Team player
