Our client is an Irish company specialising in payroll management for companies throughout Ireland. Their clients include an impressive range of Ireland's leading indigenous and multi-national companies.
They currently require a Payroll Administrator to join their existing team to assist in the ongoing management of client payrolls
Candidates should have at lease 1 years relevant experience with a solid understanding of payroll principals such as tax credits BIK, etc. Ability to calculate wages manually is a must. Excellent customer services skills are essential as you will be in regular contact with clients and client's personnel to in relation to queries on wages, time-sheets etc. It is essential that you be well organised as you will be running multiple payrolls on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis and must be able to work to strict deadlines and schedules so the instructions are delivered to banks in a timely fashion to ensure all staff received payment on time.
IPASS qualification is a big advantage. It should be noted however that the experience and training you will receive here will go beyond any IPASS qualification and will stand to you for years to come in your future career.
Experience with a both computerised and manual payroll essential.
Salary c. €25-32K depending on experience level.
CANDIDATES MUST BE BASED IN IRELAND WITH EXPERIENCE OF RUNNING IRISH PAYROLL. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE FULL EU WORKING STATUS AND 100% FLUENCY IN ENGLISH.
