Our client is a global leader in their field and are currently looking for a motivated and well organised receptionist/administrator for an initial six month contract with a real opportunity for a further extension or even a permanent position offering excellent career path.
We are looking for a Receptionist and Administration Assistant to join a high performance team in a leading international company in the insurance market.
Your New Job Will Include :
- Switchboard Operation
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail (including use of Tracking Systems, Document Management etc).
- Filing and Archiving Systems.
- Stationery management and deliveries. Dealing with couriers
- Administrative support –reports, presentations, email etc.
You Will Need :
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Multi-line switchboard / telephonist experience
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to participate in training
- Ability to work well on own initiative or in a team
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Leaving Certificate

This is initially a 6 month contract to be reviewed at the end of this time with a view to further career development
