Reward Specialist – Key role in rewards team in expanding HR Department

Our client is a world leader in the provision of complex engineering inspection and testing solutions and services for blue chip customers in the global market. Since their inception they have continually grown and expanded their business based on providing “best in class” technology and services to their customer base. At this point the company recognize the need to strengthen their structural and strategic policies going forward in line with their ambitious development plans. They are now in the market to find a suitable individual to fill a key role within their rewards team in Human Resources. The role is based in Dublin (North Side).


The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to define company reward culture by identifying trends, areas of improvement, introducing structure for implementation. Continually reviewing results through data gathered from local and global sites.

Reporting to: Head of Reward

Candidate profile

  • Third level qualification in HR or Business
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills
  • Have strong interpretation skills to produce concise reports
  • Experience working with the Willis Towers Watson reward methodology a distinct advantage
  • Advanced competency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and multi task
  • Fluency in the English language and comfortable working in an international team environment

Job Profile

  • Responsible for the quality and integrity of all people metrics reporting
  • Take the lead on identifying trends and interpreting data through people reports
  • Responsible for global salary survey submissions and benchmarking data
  • Administer innovative Reward strategies which deliver competitive total reward programs to our employees
  • Support the entire Reward cycle including benchmarking, annual salary review and bonus determination
  • Responsible for liaising with local People Operations Managers to manage the reporting of payroll costs

Salary scale: eu50-60k plus bonus, excellent benefits and flexible working hours
