The Total Rewards Senior Consultant reports to the VP of HR.
They will lead and participate in TR and HC projects, provide advice on C&B policies, interpret and analyse data, research and present recommendations and reports.
The role based in Dublin will take the lead in managing key reward projects supporting business Globally. This role will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless C&B support to multiple business and functions across the organization requiring a hands-on approach.
Job Profile
Provide Reward leadership with professional advice at an individual and policy level and leading Compensation and Benefit and wider global projects.
Develop, improve and implement global policies and processes in areas like incentive program design, benchmarking, job grading and benefits
Support in driving the Total Reward Strategy of the organization with an emphasis on developing robust practices and processes
Support the global reward approach / reward strategy for the global businesses
Providing day-to-day operational and tactical support to demands of the business including offer management
Advise, outline and manage implementation, harmonization and integration of local compensation and benefits packages, employment conditions across businesses including Mergers and Acquisitions
Based on review of salary and benefits and trends provide feedback and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team to ensure that the Compensation and Benefit strategy remains market competitive and up to date
Candidate profile
Business administration studies with focus on Human Resources or similar
Extensive Compensation and Benefit experience in an international environment
Understanding of statistical analysis techniques
Numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
IT literate with advanced Excel skills
Proven International project management skills, leading state of the art Compensation and Benefits initiatives
Strong stakeholder management across multiple business levels and locations
Experience in developing analytics to support strategies
Some experience on payroll management desirable but not essential
Fluency in English is essential
