Due to continued expansion they are looking for an experience technical software support executive. The role will provide best in class technical support to key business customers and supply immediate resolution where possible. Customer base ranges from typical SMEs to major financial institutions. Excellent customer awareness is essential with the ability to deal with customers at all levels. This is a B2B support role.
Candidates should have an excellent understanding of windows operating systems, networks and server technology. Candidates must have strong SQL skills and knowledge of networks. Excellent people skills are essential.
