Technical Support Executives Required for Exciting e-Commerce Software Company growing at a phenomenal rate and who will undoubtedly be the next Dublin based Technology giant.

The hours are 13:30-22:00 Monday to Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance to customers in EU and USA.
- Dealing with customer queries by phone, email and live chat.
- Support sales team in assisting customers during software trial.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 years' experience in a similar role.
- Ambition and drive are a prerequisite.
- Experience working in a "Software as a Service" (SaaS) model is highly desired.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
- Fluent English is essential.
